Shipping
At G Store, we take delivering your goods safely to you seriously. In order to get them to you, we use a courier to provide the best possible service. All deliveries are insured and trackable. Delivery times vary depending on location in Australia.
The total shipping price for your order will be calculated on checkout (after you enter your details such as delivery address and postcode). Of course you can also select the option to pick up from our store during business hours. See our location, in Melbourne here.
Shipping times vary around Australia, you will receive a email with a tracking number once your goods leave our store. This will enable you to track the progress and location of your goods.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. |
