Shipping
We can offer shipping for most of our products around Australia. You can get a freight quote by simply adding the product to your shopping cart and entering your postcode into the freight calculator.
We use Allied Express and all our freight includes Insurance and Tracking to ensure your parcel gets to you.
Once the freight leaves the store you will receive yoru tracking details via email to enable you to check the process of your order.
Pick-Up
If you live in Melbourne, you can save money by picking up your purchases from our store:
1095 Dandenong Road, East Malvern, VIC, 3154.
You will receive a phone call from our staff once your order is ready for pickup.
"What can I do if I want to return or replace a purchase?"
All of our products are inspected by our experienced staff for quality and/or damage before sale or despatch. However, if you would like to return your purchase or discuss getting a replacement, please contact us with a copy of your invoice to hand, and we will be glad to discuss the option that best meets your needs.
