Thought I'd take advantage of the great prices at Gstore and ordered a continuous flow water heater. Unfortunately, I then discovered that my gas pipes were not big enough to run this unit. When I phoned and spoke to Dale, he quickly understood the problem and offered to refund my money in total without any hesitation or pressure to buy a different unit. Fantastic service. I had tried several plumbers and electricians about fixing a pump for our water tank bought at the G Store many years ago - all told me it was useless and I'd need to buy a new one as it would be too expensive to fix. Mark from G Store was quickest to respond to my request for a quote and throughout the process was highly responsive and helpful. I ended up with 8 Ben Q panels with Enphase micro inverters at a very competitive price. Installation was very quick - about a week from signing the deal. Submitted quote online and the price was very competitive. But the service I must say is the best, confirmed order in the morning and new heater installed by 4pm same day. I found the service and knowledge of GStore staff [especially Matthew] exemplary. Matthew was so helpful even ringing after the system was installed to tell me the system was outperforming expectations. The installer Cliff was very professional and informative.
