GStore and their contractors provide high quality products and installations. I had my solar battery installed in October 2023 and it works beautifully. I had already... had my solar panels installed by GStore in November 2019 and was happy to trust them again with this subsequent battery set-up. They did the installation with efficiency and professionalism. I also had an electric heat-pump hot water system installed by GStore in August 2023 and that transition from the gas HWS has also been seamless. We decided to add additional PV capacity to our existing system and the folk at G-store were very helpful explaining the options available. A detailed quote for our... selected option came the next day. I completed and returned the acceptance and was contacted to arrange an installation date on the same day. That was just two weeks ago. Can recommend without hesitation. Alexey was great. Navigated the rebates for us and made sure the scheduling of the install met our specific needs. Long story but we... needed a 100% guaranteed install date weeks in advance and it was installed exactly as promised.Unfortunately not everything in life goes exactly to plan and we identified some minor issues post install. Stuff happens, but what can't be faulted was the prompt response by both Alexey and the installers to sort things out. Again, long story short, very happy with the outcome. We had solar panels installed many years ago and five years ago we installed more panels and a battery. We asked G-Store to remove and replace our old panels with new... ones. The operation was more complicated than it sounds, as we could not overload the existing inverter. G-Store found a very satisfactory solution, which involved the addition of a second inverter. The costs were carefully itemised and explained to us. Their installers did a marvellous job of installation, they were clean and tidy and thorough with the job. I originally approached G-Store to talk about heat pump hot water, but after learning that the battery rebate was about to finish, I started looking into installing a... battery early (originally intended to do it next year). I spent several weeks studying the various options before working out what I wanted. I approached several suppliers, including G-Store (one of whom just stopped returning my calls and messages). Greg spent a lot of time explaining differences between the various systems I was looking at. The installation guys were also really professional and left the place clean and tidy. I knew Tesla had a good reputation, but I was a little sceptical at first, but those guys have done their homework. Having had it working for a few months, it works better than I had expected. My only surprise is that the Tesla Powerwall doesn't support 5GHz WiFi... no big deal.read more
