My partner bought a Reclaim Heat Pump from G Store. It was installed in May 2022 at our home by G Store contractors. In doing so the installation team managed to... disconnect our heating AND cooling. The heating was reconnected on the day of installation following an unpleasant interaction with the plumber who actually tried to charge me to reconnect.We subsequently didn’t have any cooling for Summer 22-23. We had to chase G Store to address the issue. The issue was rectified once we finally reached G Store following several attempts. There was no acknowledgement or any admission of inconvenience by G Store until I wrote a review (which has since been updated following G Stores response below)read more

Gstore was fantastic from start to finish. Very respectful installers, took their boots off at the front door without being asked to, even though I said don't worry about it.. The after support when I couldn't get the wifi set up, priceless! GStore and their contractors provide high quality products and installations. I had my solar battery installed in October 2023 and it works beautifully. I had already... had my solar panels installed by GStore in November 2019 and was happy to trust them again with this subsequent battery set-up. They did the installation with efficiency and professionalism. I also had an electric heat-pump hot water system installed by GStore in August 2023 and that transition from the gas HWS has also been seamless. Both installations have since been successfully audited for safety and installation compliance. I highly recommend GStore for their products and services.read more

Right from the get go Scott Manger helped us through the process of choosing the right... refrigerated cooling and heating system for our place. Our second Tesla Powerwall was installed today and once again the whole process went very smoothly. We were not expecting it to be installed today but Melbourne’s... inclement weather meant the electricians couldn’t install solar panels so they installed our battery instead.Everyone involved from Greg at G-Store to electricians Ken, Luke and their co-workers were very professional.When we advised Greg we would like a second Powerwall, the quote came through the next morning.Very neat job again and we would have no problems recommending G-Store to anyone wanting energy efficient products.read more

Magnificent service! I was just beginning to explore solar, battery, aircon and hot water heat pumps when my current 28 yr old gas hot water system died. I asked if they... could do something within the next two or three weeks and the job was finished in two days. We are so pleased, smelling a lot sweeter and love the new Reclaim CO2 system. We decided to add additional PV capacity to our existing system and the folk at G-store were very helpful explaining the options available. A detailed quote for our... selected option came the next day. I completed and returned the acceptance and was contacted to arrange an installation date on the same day. That was just two weeks ago. Our new system was installed on Monday by G-Store's nominated contractor who arrived on time, completed the job and left no trace - other than the new panels on the roof. Can recommend without hesitation. Alexey was great. Navigated the rebates for us and made sure the scheduling of the install met our specific needs. Long story but we... needed a 100% guaranteed install date weeks in advance and it was installed exactly as promised.Unfortunately not everything in life goes exactly to plan and we identified some minor issues post install. Stuff happens, but what can't be faulted was the prompt response by both Alexey and the installers to sort things out. Again, long story short, very happy with the outcome. I have had an awesome experience with G-Store installing solar panels and Tesla Powerwall system in a fairly remote location at Fish Creek, South Gippsland. The install... team were mindful of my aesthetic requirements on a new build and did an extremely neat and efficient job, arrived on time, cleaned up and removed all rubbish afterwards. Positive reviews must be fake. C'mon.If something goes wrong with your installation, Good Luck!'It's covered under warranty' is all the help you'll get. They won't do... anything else after they've got your money.I highly advise to think twice, have a look at the negative/low reviews here and select a more reputable service provider.read more

Glad to engage G-Store to upgrade my Gas Hot Water to Heat Pump Hot Water. The team at G-Store was easy to deal. Their choice Plumber & Sparky who did the actual work... on-site were equally good - they explained what they were doing and took care to ensure power and water supply were restored quickly. Explained how the Heat Pump system works. Cleaned up the place before leaving.A shout out to Alexey for his kind patience and with his clear & concise answer to my questions that put me at ease, knowing the work will be managed by a team of good and trustworthy people. We had solar panels installed many years ago and five years ago we installed more panels and a battery. We asked G-Store to remove and replace our old panels with new... ones. The operation was more complicated than it sounds, as we could not overload the existing inverter. G-Store found a very satisfactory solution, which involved the addition of a second inverter. The costs were carefully itemised and explained to us. Their installers did a marvellous job of installation, they were clean and tidy and thorough with the job. We highly recommend G-Store for quality advice, installation of solar panels and batteries.read more

I originally approached G-Store to talk about heat pump hot water, but after learning that the battery rebate was about to finish, I started looking into installing a... battery early (originally intended to do it next year). I spent several weeks studying the various options before working out what I wanted. I approached several suppliers, including G-Store (one of whom just stopped returning my calls and messages). Greg spent a lot of time explaining differences between the various systems I was looking at. The installation guys were also really professional and left the place clean and tidy. I knew Tesla had a good reputation, but I was a little sceptical at first, but those guys have done their homework. Having had it working for a few months, it works better than I had expected. My only surprise is that the Tesla Powerwall doesn't support 5GHz WiFi... no big deal.read more
