G-Store ships most of our products anywhere in Australia. You can also pick up free from our Melbourne store.

To offer you the most cost-effective shipping fees we use the Temando freight engine to dynamically search among available carriers and offer you

- The fastest service
These are the two best options available at the time from among our carriers for your particular products to your specific location, wherever it is in the country.
We do not post to PO boxes.
Instant Freight Quotes
You can get an instant quote when looking at the details of any of our products available for order.
In the Estimate Shipping area, on the top right of the page
- Enter your Postcode or Suburb
- Select your location from the list
- Click Get A Quote
If you have more than one product in your shopping cart you can get the best combined price quote on the Shopping Cart page. Just enter your postcode in the Shipping Estimates block, directly under Discount Codes.
Free Pick Up
If your delivery is to a Postcode within 150 km of G-Store in Melbourne (Malvern East) you will also be offered a Pick-Up In-Store option. If you select this, we will let you know as soon as your purchase is ready for Pick Up.
Malvern East – same day on stocked items if ordered before 2pm, next day after 2pm.
Warragul – next day on stocked items if ordered before 11am, otherwise add 1 business day.
Estimated Delivery Time (does not include order processing time)
The time estimated for delivery is the carrier’s prediction in business days from the time they pick up at G-Store, to delivery in your post code. This estimate is for shipping only. The estimated time does not include the time we need to get your order ready. Some of the products sold by G-Store take a few days to process and arrive from the warehouse ready for us to ship. This particularly applies to tapware or models with many options and extras.
Check Out Options
- Carbon Offset (pre-selected) As a green, environmentally concerned business, G-Store offers you the option of covering all the carbon emissions from your chosen mode of transport for just a few cents. This offset is managed by The Gaia Partnership. This option is pre-selected, just uncheck the box to remove it.
- Unattended Delivery provides you with the option to authorise the carrier to leave the parcel at your address if you are not at home. Only check this option if your delivery can be left in an area that is safe and you are confident the parcel will be secure. You can specify a location in the Shipping Instructions field.
- Shipping Instructions can be left for the company delivering your goods. These are printed on the label attached to your delivery.
NB: Instructions that will incur additional fees will not be honoured by the delivery company. For example, call before delivery is a paid service only offered by a limited number of companies so would not be honoured.
Once your shipment leaves G-Store you will receive an email with your parcel tracking details. This information is updated by the courier company and lets you check the progress of your order from departure through to delivery by entering the provided number in the tracking area on the company’s website.
Water Tank Delivery
Most Water Tanks have limited delivery areas as they are too large to move long distances. With Tanks, the on-site delivery fee to selected areas is included in the purchase price.
For your convenience we have grouped Water Tanks under the areas they are available for delivery. Just select your city or region in the Water Tanks category to see your local range of tanks.
Not Available for Delivery
A very small number of our products are only available for Pick Up. This information displayed in the shipping estimator if you request delivery. We do not post to PO boxes.
G-Store insures shipments against damage or loss during transit. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately on 1300 766 940.
Returns and Replacements
All of our products are inspected by our experienced staff for quality and/or damage before sale or despatch.
If you have any issue with your purchase, please call G-Store on 1300 766 940 without delay. Make sure you have a copy of your invoice to hand. We will be happy to discuss the options that best solves the problem. Please do not return goods without our explicit instructions.
